Avid Carp was established around 2009–2010 in Telford, UK, originally under Preston Innovations. It entered the carp angling scene with a clear mission: to innovate, not imitate. In 2014, Avid Carp became part of the global Zebco Group, enabling the brand to grow rapidly across Europe and beyond while retaining its focus on real-world performance and product development.
