Description
Established in 1958 (as C.C. Moore & Co Ltd), this Dorset-based UK company draws on over 25 years of focused experience in carp bait development and centuries‑long animal‑nutrition expertise. It has become widely recognised for producing “the ultimate collection of quality carp baits” .
CC Moore offers a comprehensive bait portfolio—including boilies, liquid additives, hookbait mixes, pellets, and flavour boosters—built around flagship products such as:
Each formula combines high-grade proteins, nutrients, and attractors to maximise fish‑catching potential.
The company invests heavily in R&D, testing baits in both lab and field environments over extended periods to ensure consistent top performance. Baits may take years to perfect before public release, ensuring quality and attraction effectiveness.
Key breakthroughs include the development of Pro‑Stim Liver, a bait launched in 2024 featuring complex natural liver and meaty liquids blended for long‑term leakage and aroma, designed for immediate attraction even in cold conditions.
Leveraging nearly three centuries of animal‑feed capability, CC Moore secures global sourcing of premium bait ingredients—such as fish meals, liver hydrolysates, Green Lipped Mussel extract, Robin Red, and other potent attractants. Their sourcing and manufacturing processes comply with stringent international regulatory standards for quality and safety.
Recognised as one of carp fishing’s leading bait brands, CC Moore is trusted by anglers worldwide for its consistency and performance. It enjoys high regard from the Angling Trust and is often cited as a benchmark for bait innovation & quality in the carp angling community.
