Angling Directs Swindon store manager Kev Hewitt made the most of his return trip to Lyn Ca-Ty-Nant fishery in Wales. With 3 nights ahead of him, Kev was buzzing to be back on the bank after not visiting since May.

The first two nights passed quietly, but on the second morning his patience paid off with a take – resulting in a lovely mid-20 scaley mirror, one of the lake’s smaller residents. Little did Kev know, this was just the start.

What followed was an incredible brace that capped off a memorable session and proved once again why Kev’s one of the most consistent anglers on the circuit.
