A decent storage box for rigs

The Korda Rigsafe has quickly become one of my most-used bits of tackle storage. It’s robust enough to survive being thrown in and out of the rucksack, and the magnetic closure feels solid and reassuring. The hook bars hold rigs firmly in place, while the pins keep everything tight and tangle-free. Does mark easily though as shown in the pics.

I like that it takes different rig lengths without fuss, and everything stays exactly how I tied it until I need it. The layout makes it easy to see and choose the right rig in seconds, saving time on the bank.

It’s one of those products that you don’t realise you need until you use it — then you wonder how you managed without it.

Only downside compared to the Ridgemonkey Rig Box is you need both sizes for shorter and longer rigs.

Overall

A tough, well-designed rig storage box that keeps pre-tied rigs neat, secure, and instantly ready for use.

Pros

Strong and protective hard case
Magnetic closure feels secure
Keeps rigs straight and tangle-free
Works with different rig lengths
Neat, organised layout for quick access

Cons

Slightly bulky in smaller tackle bags
Higher price than basic rig wallets, but worth it for the protection
Marks easily
