Review – Ridgemonkey Thermo Mug

I’ve been a fan of most Ridgemonkey products I own — in fact, a lot of their gear is brilliant — but the Thermo Mug was a big let-down for me. I found it awkward to drink from, and more than once I ended up with tea coming out the side of my mouth.

While it’s solidly built and does keep drinks warm for a decent amount of time, the drinking experience just wasn’t pleasant. At £12, I felt it was overpriced compared to other insulated mugs on the market that perform better and are easier to drink from.

It’s rare that Ridgemonkey misses the mark, but for me, this is one of their weakest products.

A tough, insulated mug that keeps drinks warm, but awkward to drink from and overpriced compared to better alternatives.
